Given the recent events surrounding COVID‑19, we understand there may be questions about lead times on current and future orders. The Key Hose Team wants to assure you that the health and safety of our employees and the ability to provide mission critical products to our First Responders are of the highest importance. We are maintaining effective infection control precautions to provide the safest working environment possible to accomplish just that. We are also diligently following the most current recommendations provided by the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as county health departments.

Protecting the Key Hose Family of employees is the best way to insure our First Responders receive the equipment they need during this time of uncertainty. As a provider of mission critical services to your community, Key Hose will remain open until deemed necessary by the above-mentioned authorities and officials to do otherwise, while preserving any level of service possible.

Key Hose pledges to take every available measure to preserve our ability to ship hose where it is needed. So far, the following measures are being executed:

• Regional Sales Managers will limit travel to only that which is mission critical.
• All nonessential Factory visits are suspended.

The likelihood of additional changes in the way business is conducted exists for everyone. If, or when, changes present we will reach out again to update you.
